Ruler 300 mm or 12 inch

 

 

The MUDTEST rulers are made from stainless steel. Lengths, depths, and heights can be measured with it. The ruler has scales on both sides. One scale can be uses to measure from 0 to 300 mm with a division of 0.5 mm and the zero point being at one of the extreme ends of the ruler. The scale on the other side can be uses to measure from 0 to 12 inch with a division of 1/16 and 1/10 inch.

MUDTEST rulers corresponds to the standard specifications of EN 12350-1. Because it is made of stainless steel, it is not attacked by cement paste and is therefore particularly well suited for examining fresh concrete.

In addition to distance measurements as part of the investigations from the EN 12350 series of standards, MUDTEST rulers can also be used for tests of drilling fluid using the API filter press. The thickness of the filter cake can be measured easily as the zero point being at one of the extreme ends of the ruler. Therefore the requirements of API RP 13B-1 or the corresponding international EN ISO 10414 are being matched.

Finally, it is also suitable for measuring the slump of grout according to EN 445.
